MACHINE HEAD Win "Best Live Band" at Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards!

Last night's (June 16) Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards ceremony at the IndigO2 (O2 Arena) in London, UK was reportedly "an overwhelming success," pulling in some of the biggest names from the world of metal. Everyone from Kerry King (SLAYER), Ace Frehley (KISS) and Max Cavalera (SOULFLY, CAVALERA CONSPIRACY) to tattoo artist Kat Von D (the star of the A&E reality series "L.A. Ink" and MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx's current girlfriend) and Rita Haney ("Dimebag" Darrell Abbott's longtime girlfriend) showed up to pay homage to the biggest hitters in heavy metal.
